Mrs. Azzie Oliver is your District Attorney for the Fifteenth Judicial Circuit.

Our office is committed to providing the best service possible to the citizens of our County. Our dedicated and diverse staff prides itself on seeking justice for all victims with the help and expertise of our support staff and Victim Services team. We believe in addressing underlying issues that cause the majority of individuals to commit crimes, including but not limited to: a lack of an education, lack of job skills, lack of community support, and illegal substance abuse.

This approach also means punishing with the purpose of making sure low-level offenders become law-abiding citizens. Our Pre-Trial Diversion, Drug Court, and Helping Montgomery Families Initiative programs help individuals become productive members of society. Being “smart on crime” means we can lower the crime and recidivism rates, and in doing so protect the citizens of Montgomery County.
